1. Water Distribution for droughts and fires. I would fund this project with funds that are presently being used for the airport security that check people and bags/ Replace with armed military 2. Illegal Immigration/ Fine companies who hire them, and place the money in a high interest holding fund. 3. Fair Tax System/ Eliminate the IRS and use those salaries to help promote the tax system. |
